By listing your home below, including but not limited to, uploading photos of your home to Joseph's Premier Real Estate, LLC website you are agreeing to The Seller Agreement For Broker Compensation which states that in consideration of the brokerage services performed by Broker or Sales Associate for Joseph's Premier Real Estate, LLC, it is agreed that at the closing of any property sold by Seller through the brokerage services of the Brokerage Firm and its associates, Seller shall pay to Broker the following sum as broker compensation in the amount of 6%.
